  • You may be dealing with uncertainty or some decisions to make and feel paralysed by fear and overthinking. You second guess yourself and worry about all the things that could go wrong. You’re distracted during the day and can’t sleep at night. You wish to find relief and coping strategies for anxiety.

  • Your world has been turned upside down and you are struggling to come to terms with the loss of a loved one. You may feel fine one minute then the next you break down. Or you may sway from feeling angry to feeling sad or guilty. Grief can look different for every person. Maybe you’re not dealing with bereavement but are having difficulty adjusting to a life transition such as a break up/divorce, relocation, job loss, chronic illness or injury, menopause, or retirement etc. These changes have signified the loss of hopes, dreams, and expectations; a loss or change in one's identity. Alternatively, you might be dealing with a positive or welcome change such as parenthood but are struggling to cope with your new role. You long to find ways to cope with your loss and heal from the pain.

I specialise in therapy that allows you to take back control of your life.

  • Everyone can feel anxious from time to time, however, for some, feelings of nervousness or panic can really interfere with daily life. I gently uncover the root cause of your worries and teach you anxiety management techniques to regain a sense of calm and control.

  • You may struggle with your sense of self when you lose someone or something important to you. In our safe space, you can take the time that you need to process your loss and the many conflicting emotions without judgement. I will walk alongside you as you figure out how to make meaning of this major change and next phase of life.

  • Fear of not being good enough can be an extremely toxic belief that clouds your every action. Together, we will delicately explore the source of your insecurities which often stem from childhood. Then we will look at ways to help reverse feelings of worthlessness and build self-esteem.
